A Transformational Opportunity in AI Engineering

We seek an exceptional Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive innovation and excellence in our cutting-edge Machine Learning platform. As a key member of our core team, you will develop and deploy high-impact training and deployment pipelines for machine learning models.

Main Responsibilities:
  • AI Model Development: Design and implement generative AI models using advanced techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches.
  • Model Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and domains to enhance performance.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on new techniques to improve generative AI model capabilities and performance.
  • Pipeline Engineering: Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to ensure efficient machine learning/generative AI pipelines.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and analyze the performance of ML/generative AI models to inform future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in generative AI or related fields, with expertise in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models, extensive experience with Git, Docker, and Linux for server management, and exposure to ML/GenAI frameworks and tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, and methodical approach towards work and planning.
