Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Applications Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of AI solutions that make a real impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data and enforcing zero-retention policies. They will also implement robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI tools and oversee their overall governance
  • Address and resolve issues related to the Default Project space, ensuring optimal functionality
  • Ensure the security of the AI environment and its data by mitigating open business risks

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience delivering training and creating documentation
