Lead AI Innovator Wanted

We're looking for an exceptional AI engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge intelligent agent solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Python, large language models, and agentic AI frameworks, with expertise in building scalable multi-agent workflows and optimizing autonomous systems for performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy innovative agentic AI solutions using frameworks like Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
  • Create pipelines and workflows for LLM-based agent orchestration.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, tools, and services to enable seamless autonomous agent behavior.
  • Deploy, manage, and scale AI-driven solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, SageMaker, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build production-ready solutions.
  • Optimize agents for robustness, efficiency, and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards in Python development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Python programming with a focus on clean, modular, and asynchronous coding practices.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SageMaker).
  • Practical knowledge of at least one agentic AI framework: Microsoft Autogen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
  • Familiarity with large language models (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Experience in multi-agent workflows and agent state management.
  • Exposure to FastAPI or Flask for AI service deployment.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of LangChain, RAG architectures, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of reinforcement learning or agent-based simulation.
Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
