We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an AI Solutions Engineer. About the Role
  • Work shoulder to shoulder with senior leadership to tackle the most complex customer challenges and develop breakthrough solutions.
  • Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success.
  • Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes.
  • Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to tackle complex customer challenges and develop breakthrough solutions.
  2. Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions that directly impact customer success.
  3. New Technology Implementation: Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into customer workflows and business processes.
  4. No-Code Solution Building: Create custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to solve complex business challenges.
Requirements:
  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred).
  • Platform Knowledge: Willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions (comprehensive training provided).
