Senior Software Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled software solutions developer to drive our technology forward. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Service Management
  • Custom Applications
  • Integration and Automation
  • Additional areas include IT Service Delivery, Process Optimization, Cloud Computing, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • The successful candidate must have strong programming skills, including scripting and integration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing software solutions using ServiceNow and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Developing and maintaining high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing timely support to internal customers

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a ServiceNow environment
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including modules such as HR Service Delivery, Custom Service Management, and Field Service Management
