Job Title: BIM Modeling Specialist

 

As a BIM Modeling Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities and providing expert-level support to our teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models of infrastructure projects using industry-leading software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design, engineering, and construction activities.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and participate in quality control checks to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of BIM processes, procedures, and training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in CIVIL 3D modeling software and experienced in working on complex infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of multi-disciplinary design workflows and 3D coordination processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in BIM tools and software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and industry best practices for BIM implementation.
