3D Modeling Specialist

As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models of building structures using industry-standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD. Your primary goal is to ensure that these models are accurate, detailed, and meet the required standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Create 3D models of building structures using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Implement BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
- Create detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using industry-standard software.
- Ensure models meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Generate accurate construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure BIM models meet industry standards and client requirements.
We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, proficiency in BIM software, and a strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
