Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics professional to assist in designing, implementing, and supporting innovative solutions that drive business efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in Dynamics CRM/365, strong functional and technical understanding, and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.
  • Customize Dynamics CRM using workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
  • Integrate Dynamics with other enterprise systems using APIs or middleware platforms.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and deployments.
  • Perform data migration activities and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of Dynamics CRM issues.
  • Participate in solution design, system architecture, and technical design sessions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
  • Proficiency in customization and configuration of entities, workflows, and business process flows
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK
  • Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps, and integration methods
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (Functional Consultant/Developer)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Business Central
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
