Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical documentation to guide development and maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure high standards of performance, security, and reliability.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and features; proactively assess and implement new functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture and security models.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
