Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem and act as a trusted advisor for business and technical teams, ensuring scalable, high-performance solutions that align with strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.

- Design end-to-end architecture and integration patterns across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Create architecture documents including solution blueprints, data models, system flows, and integration diagrams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders.

- Ensure best practices are followed across Apex, Lightning components, APIs, and third-party

integrations.

- Evaluate new Salesforce features and provide recommendations for adoption.

- Lead data migration, system integration, and deployment strategies.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce security, performance, and scalability standards.

- Provide mentorship to Salesforce developers and Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.

- 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.

- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform features.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with integrations using Mulesoft, Informatica, or custom APIs.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security architecture.

- Salesforce certifications such as :

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Advanced Admin, Skills :

- Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setup for Salesforce deployments.

- Exposure to industry-standard compliance and data protection : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
