Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Apex development, Salesforce CPQ, and cloud architecture, coupled with a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and integrating complex Salesforce applications, ensuring robust configuration and pricing solutions, and adhering to the highest standards of code quality and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Apex Development : Utilize advanced experience to design, develop, and maintain custom functionalities using Apex (triggers, controllers, batch Apex), Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), consistently adhering to Salesforce best practices and achieving 90%+ code coverage.

- LWC Development : Design and develop various Salesforce applications, including custom pages, flows, and external sites, primarily leveraging Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern and performant user interfaces.

- Salesforce CPQ Expertise : Apply a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ for configuring, pricing, and quoting solutions, ensuring accurate and efficient sales processes.

- Requirements Analysis & Design : Proactively analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and well-architected technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.

- Salesforce & AWS Architecture : Understand and implement core Salesforce and AWS architecture principles, contributing to the design of integrated cloud solutions.

- Salesforce Integrations : Expertly integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems to enhance functionality, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless data exchange.

- API Proficiency : Demonstrate strong proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and Apex callouts for efficient and secure data exchange between Salesforce and other systems.

- Development Tools & Processes : Utilize modern Salesforce development tools such as SFDX, Visual Studio Code, and manage source control effectively using GitHub for collaborative development processes.

- Declarative Development : Design solutions utilizing Salesforce's declarative tools like Flow and Lightning App Builder to enhance user experience and automate business processes where appropriate.

- Certification & Best Practices : Maintain a Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, validating your expertise in advanced Apex and Lightning development.

- Communication : Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members, business stakeholders, and technical leads, articulating technical concepts clearly.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

- Advanced experience with Apex development, including triggers, controllers, batch Apex, and adherence to 90%+ code coverage.

- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.

- Experience with Visualforce and Aura Components.

- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and Apex callouts.

- Experience with SFDX, Visual Studio Code, and GitHub.

- Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools : Flow and Lightning App Builder.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is mandatory.

- Strong analytical skills to analyze requirements and design effective solutions.

- Understanding of Salesforce and AWS architecture principles.

- Demonstrated ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills :

- Knowledge of AWS Cloud services, including AWS Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, and databases (SQL, NoSQL).

- Salesforce Architect Certifications are preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
