Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of landscape architecture projects, including design development, construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
  • Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that respond to project requirements, site context, and client objectives.
  • Prepare and present compelling design proposals, presentations to clients
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project coordination and integration.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior landscape architects and designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, new technologies, and evolving regulations in landscape architecture.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and presentations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Architecture or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a demonstrated focus on project leadership and management.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects.
  • Exceptional design skills and a passion for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Revit
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design principles is a plus
