Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management professional to lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) capabilities.
  • Configure and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • Develop and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, and sensors to support CMDB health and accuracy.
  • Analyze and optimize workflows for Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Proven expertise in:
    • CMDB
    • ServiceNow Discovery
    • Service Mapping
    • ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery
  • Experience working as a SAM Administrator, leveraging SAM Pro capabilities.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification or higher.
