Job Title:

Enterprise WordPress Solutions Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise WordPress Solutions Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade WordPress solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other headless CMS platforms, as well as be adaptable and open to working across different CMS platforms based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end WordPress development projects ensuring high-quality solutions.
  • Architect and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, design, QA, and DevOps to deliver seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers driving best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain documentation for technical implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS (e.g., Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex CMS projects.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience migrating or integrating between multiple CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance testing, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to work on any CMS platform as required.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a technical team.
