Job Title: Senior Software Engineer for High-Growth SaaS Solution

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of a high-growth SaaS solution. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented software engineer to work on a challenging project that requires strong technical skills, creativity, and collaboration. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and develop software features that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software solutions using Ruby on Rails and React/JavaScript;
  • Collaborate with our product design team to understand user needs and ensure best customer solutions;
  • Maintain existing client applications, including fast resolution of customer-raised issues;
  • Write unit tests to ensure high-quality code within our infrastructure;
  • Estimate, self-plan, and self-manage tasks as a developer within an Agile team;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline;
  • 3-9 years of professional software development experience;
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript with React capability desirable, SQL, and database use;
  • CI/CD technologies (GitLab an advantage);
  • Knowledge of SaaS application architecture and design with Azure knowledge desirable;
  • Knowledge of software engineering and best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source code control, build processes, testing, and operations.
