Senior Backend Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications for customers worldwide.
Your primary focus will be on building scalable Python/MySQL backends hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions, and enhancing, maintaining, and troubleshooting existing software applications to ensure performance and reliability.
You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications, following best practices and ensuring that all code is clean, highly scalable, and testable.
In addition, you will identify, analyze, and resolve programming bugs and performance bottlenecks, as well as collaborate with other teams to implement new features and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with web and mobile applications
- Strong expertise in Python and MySQL, with proven experience building scalable applications
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practices
