Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team in building a cutting-edge finance AI platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling backend systems that power our AI-driven finance solutions.

Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Python (FastAPI/Flask). You will work closely with our founders and product teams to deliver features from concept to reality, ensuring seamless integration across financial systems and meeting the highest standards of performance, scalability, and audit compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering with a strong focus on system design, architecture, and scalability
  • Expertise in Python (FastAPI/Flask) with a proven track record of delivering high-quality code
  • Familiarity with data integration challenges across financial systems and experience in solving complex problems
  • Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, and security principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
