Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Marketing Professional to support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands. They will also build persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI, track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Marketing: Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with key partners.\
  • Proposal & Deck Creation: Build compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.\
  • Research & Insights: Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.\
  • Campaign Operations: Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.\
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.\
  • AI & Tools: Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).\
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.\
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.\
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.\
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.

Success in the First 90 Days:
