Job Title: Key Player in Denial Management
As a key player in denial management, you will be responsible for leading the team to minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle management. You will oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider-side activities to ensure timely payments from providers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
- Lead the denial management process to minimize write-offs and optimize RCM
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective communication and resolution of AR issues
- Manage a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider-side activities
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track team progress
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a team leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in US Healthcare industry (Provider, AR Collections, Denial management, Healthcare RCM, Cash Application, Credit)
