Branch Team Manager

The primary responsibility of the Branch Team Manager is to oversee the performance of a large team, monitor and evaluate the growth of sales staff across various product lines.
- Analyzing sales metrics and providing actionable insights for improvement
- Mentoring and training sales staff on retail liabilities products to enhance their knowledge and skills
- Leading team activities and ensuring effective collaboration among team members
- Managing service issues and ensuring prompt complaint/query resolution
- Evaluating portfolio hygiene and quality of the team
- Overseeing marketing and business development operations for Liabilities Business
- Collaborating with internal auditors and inspectors to address any audit-related queries
