Key Responsibilities

  1. Define Product Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive web and mobile product strategy (MVP to scale), drive architecture, CI/CD, cloud operations, and security.
  2. Lead Engineering Team: Drive technical decisions, manage architecture, and oversee engineering operations.
  3. Ship Customer-Facing Features: Build features such as booking and payments, itinerary builder, psychometric assessments, content delivery, user profiles, and dashboards.
  4. Integrate External Systems: Integrate payment gateways, calendar APIs, Zoom meeting tools, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  5. Drive Operational Efficiency: Automate operations, manage service-level agreements, vendor portals, reporting, and dashboards.
  6. Technical Ambassador: Represent the company in investor pitches and partner meetings, create demos, MVP prototypes, and pitch decks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building product startups or platforms with full-stack and DevOps expertise.
  • Strong frontend and backend experience (React, Next.js, React Native, Flutter, Node.js, Django, Go).
  • Cloud and infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
  • Experience integrating payments, calendars, video SDKs, and CRMs.
  • Ability to build demos and pitch technology to investors and partners.
  • Strong operations mindset, process automation, vendor management, and SLA management.
  • Founder-owner mentality, high ownership, and excellent communication skills.

  • Experience with learning management systems, psychometric tools, bookings workflows, dynamic pricing.
  • Prior early-stage or co-founder experience and equity literacy.
