Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals.
  2. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication.
  3. Drive student progress and outcomes through collaboration.
  4. Setup processes to improve engagement levels and performance of students.
  5. Manager campus student's experience charter, marketing, and branding.
  6. Work closely with placement and training cell to partner with industries, deliver internship and placement outcomes.
  7. Manage strong collaboration and bonding with academic partners.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum experience of 6+ years in Operations Management.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  3. Goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments.
  4. Balance between setting up long-term processes and achieving short-term goals.
  5. Empathy toward students and desire for aspirational outcomes.
  6. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and liaising with stakeholders.
