- Arrange travel plans, bookings, and other logistics as required.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support senior executives in personal assistance duties as required.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in reception, personal assistance, or executive administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, diary management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in handling office correspondence and travel arrangements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Must be located within a commutable distance to Kolkata.
