Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Insurance Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by leveraging strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities.

The successful incumbent will be an expert in insurance products and services, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and achieve agreed-upon targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance sector, preferably with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
