We are seeking a seasoned Tele-Rehab Sales Professional to drive growth and revenue through lead generation, business development, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue and convert high-value leads into profitable business opportunities via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and strategic planning.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and generate leads for insurance companies in the GCC region through targeted research, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute customized lead-generation plans to connect with key decision-makers in the insurance sector.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the insurance, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills with a data-driven approach to identifying and converting leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and nurture potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms is an asset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
