Our Sales Strategy and Operations Role

We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our sales strategy and operations function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize sales operations to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier sales performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team by hiring, mentoring, and guiding employees.
  • Ensure smooth business processes, compliance, and ethical standards across all sales functions.
  • Collaborate with headquarters to solve operational, administrative, and strategic challenges.
  • Create a seamless, high-efficiency workflow to boost productivity and sales performance.
  • Work closely with B2B and affiliate partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in fintech.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
  • A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, draw conclusions, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Excel knowledge and proficiency in creating clear, understandable reports based on data.
