Product Leader

This role involves overseeing the product strategy and execution of our portfolio's roadmap, working closely with Development. You will lead a team of Product Managers and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure our offering and Go-to-Market (GTM) for this portfolio has what it needs to succeed.

You will be responsible for driving growth, retention, and satisfaction of customers and business partners, as well as the positive financial impact of this segment on the overall business. Your key areas of focus include:

1. Understanding the existing install base and developing incremental features and roadmaps to retain customers and drive renewals and incremental license revenue.
2. Identifying key market trends and competitive insights to create major breakthrough features in the roadmap that address existing gaps in the product.
3. Developing a roadmap for a SAAS solution that leverages the product's existing strengths, optimizes costs, and differentiates in the market.
4. Executing the roadmap with prioritization and precision in collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
5. Evaluating new feature functions and new versions of the product and evangelizing their possibilities to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Delivering significant positive movement in key analyst ratings of the product in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
7. Leading and aligning the efforts of other team members in the PM team to deliver effective releases.

Responsibilities also include:

• Helping establish us as a top brand for Customer Experience platforms by engaging with customers, partners, analysts, industry experts, and influencers in the CX platform markets.
• Driving strategic clarity for our product differentiation through an outside-in analysis of market, competitive, customer, and technological forces.
• Creating well-defined major release roadmaps with WOWs working with CX Solutions stakeholders, conducting outside-in roadmap and feature validation, and aligning requirements with Product Principals.
• Working with Development, Customers, and Partners to ensure the right features get built in a timely manner with excellent product quality, ease of upgrading and adoption, delight, and stickiness.
• Ensuring major release launch readiness by working with Marketing to create an impactful market message, rationalize pricing & packaging, and work with influencers to get favorable mentions.
• Collaborating with Sales, Support, and Services teams to ensure customer success with our products, including ensuring timely launch readiness in terms of Fulfilment & Enablement for sellers, BPs, and GSI partners.
• Measuring ongoing adoption and unblocking barriers to upgrades, where necessary, and leading the design and execution of cross-functional adoption activities if required.
• Enabling product specialists, CSMs, and Client directors to win on both renewals and net new deals, specifically supporting them with technical product knowledge and competitive insight.
• Working with your CRM and operations teams to ensure seamless product fulfillment and design of license enforcement, where necessary.
• Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to drive optimal results with sales and the channel, learning new technical and PM domain skills to manage your product more effectively.
• Defining the industry analyst strategy for CX and ensuring a successful leadership position in tier 1 vendor reports, engaging with tier 2 vendors to support GTM efforts.
