Job Title: Product Engineering Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Product Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable and secure products, with expertise in cloud-based technologies and agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led engineering teams to develop Enterprise-grade products that can scale on demand and are secure.
  • Conceptualize products, architect/design and take them to customers in a short span of time.
  • Apply creative thinking & approach to resolve technical solutions that further business goals and align with Product NFR goals like performance, reliability, scalability, usability, security, flexibility, and cost.
  • Collaborate efficiently with key partners including Product managers & owners, business and engineering teams to identify and define solutions for complex business and technical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ Years of experience working in IT.
  • 7+ years of experience in product development and core engineering.
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science from Tier 1-2 college.
  • Expertise in cloud-based technologies (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology and its application in software development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
