The Mission

You'll be the chief architect of the brain behind our entire platform, designing the master blueprint for interconnected AI systems and building the core intelligence powering our competitive advantage—the Data Flywheel.

Your Role

  • A Chief Design Authority: With 5+ years of experience leading production-grade machine learning system design.
  • An Expert in Modern AI Stacks: Deep practical expertise with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases like Pinecone and Weaviate.
  • A Hands-On Architect: Proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) and comfortable writing code to bring architectural vision to life on cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • A Strategic, Systems-Level Thinker: Able to zoom out and see the big picture while solving complex technical challenges, thinking in terms of scalable, resilient, and elegant systems.
  • A True Owner: Thriving in a startup environment with full ownership, passionate about seeing architectural decisions translate into tangible business success.
