Role Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer with AI expertise to create intuitive, adaptive interfaces that leverage AI capabilities for personalization, automation, and decision support. This role requires both strong design fundamentals and the ability to collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user journeys and interfaces that integrate AI-driven features (e.g., recommendations, predictive UX, adaptive layouts).
  • Work with product and engineering teams to translate AI models into usable, ethical, and trustworthy interactions.
  • Create user delight and magic with AI.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing for AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Build interactive prototypes using Figma, Framer, Lovable, Cursor or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with AI teams to ensure explainability and transparency in UI elements.
  • Keep up to date with AI design patterns and ethical guidelines.
  • Build our first design system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Design, HCI, Communication Design, or related field from IIT, National institute of Design, NIFT, SRFTI and top design schools.
  • A strong design aesthetics and point of view - no boring old design that looks the same.
  • 2–4 years of UX/UI experience, preferably in AI-powered product environments.
  • Expertise with design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Experience with prompt design, conversational UX, or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with usability principles for AI: explainability, control, trust.
  • Portfolio showcasing AI-integrated projects.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with no-code/low-code AI tools.
  • Exposure to data visualization and AI dashboard design.
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility in AI products.
