Job Title: Chief Cybersecurity Architect

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary cybersecurity leader to oversee the strategic planning, execution and delivery of advanced security programs across our enterprise.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the design, implementation and lifecycle management of advanced cybersecurity tools and platforms.

  • He/She will lead end-to-end delivery for key technologies including data discovery and classification, file upload security, attack surface management, breach and attack simulation, decoy/honeypot solutions, secure data backup and ransomware protection, phishing simulation, MDM, AD security and NAC.

  • He/She will provide technical leadership and mentorship to security engineering and L3 teams.

  • Collaborate with GRC, IT Ops and Risk teams to align security initiatives with compliance standards.

  • Evaluate vendor solutions and manage third-party security integrations.

  • Represent the security function in internal and external audits, assessments and executive briefings.

Required Skills & Experience

Key qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership of technical teams.
  • Proven expertise in deploying and managing enterprise-grade security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience in red teaming, threat simulation or adversary emulation is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP) are preferred.
