IT Network Systems Administrator

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all IT operations to ensure optimal system performance, including servers, hardware, and network infrastructure.
This role involves planning, installing, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) and related hardware.
- Lead and manage overall IT operations to ensure seamless system connectivity.
- Plan, install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) and related hardware.
- Oversee LAN/WAN infrastructure, including firewall configuration, switches, routers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, hardware malfunctions, and network disruptions.
- Ensure strong IT security practices through firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, and regular data backups.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in IT management with strong hands-on experience in server and network administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, and network protocols.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, cloud platforms, and data backup solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured approach.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
