Job Title: Network Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure.

  • Manage and maintain the overall health and performance of our network systems.
  • Plan, install, configure, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) and related hardware.
  • Oversee LAN/WAN infrastructure, including firewall configuration, switches, routers, and ensure seamless network connectivity.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, hardware malfunctions, and network disruptions; ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware, including setup, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Ensure strong IT security practices through firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, and regular data backups and recovery drills.
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and maintain a centralized IT asset inventory for both hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with departments to assess and fulfill IT needs, ensuring reliable and scalable technology solutions.
  • Manage IT vendors, oversee hardware/software procurement, licensing compliance, AMC contracts, and budget tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field and minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in IT management, with strong hands-on experience in server and network administration. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and structured approach, strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities, and proficiency in Network Administration skills.

This is an On-Site work profile requiring you to work in late evening shifts. We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment that values innovation and teamwork.
