Project & Performance Management
  • This position involves leading internal, client-facing, and strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • The successful candidate will plan, execute, and track key initiatives to drive project success and meet business objectives.
  • A key aspect of this role is defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs, starting with a 30-60-90 day plan for the bookkeeping team.
  • Task assignment coordination and project workflow management across platforms are crucial for efficient project delivery.
  • Liaison duties with the CMO and external consultants will involve implementing marketing and tech strategies to drive business growth.
Team Leadership & Support
  • Fostering a culture of feedback, coaching, and collaboration is vital for team success.
  • The ideal candidate will keep the team engaged, supported, and accountable without micromanaging, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews will be handled by the successful candidate, ensuring a well-integrated team.
