We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our organization in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing various financial statements, and ensuring strict compliance with Indian accounting principles and statutory regulations.

Job Summary:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, cash books, and bank books.
  • Process and verify daily financial transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and inter-company transactions.
  • Perform timely bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare periodic financial statements including trial balance, profit & loss account, and balance sheet, strictly adhering to Indian accounting standards (IND AS / AS) and company policies.
  2. Financial Reporting: Generate various financial reports for management review, such as expense analysis, revenue reports, and cash flow statements.
  3. Tax Compliance: Accurately and timely calculate, deduct, pay, and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
  4. Manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS): Manage TDS compliance, including calculation, deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q).
  5. Assist with Financial Closing Activities: Assist with income tax computations and filings for the company.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with other relevant statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
