Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily finance operations, including cash management, revenue recognition, general ledger, payroll, expense planning, budgeting, and asset reconciliation.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, producing comprehensive reports and statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows).
  • Manage treasury operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster business growth.
  • Support senior leadership in fundraising activities, as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting management, bookkeeping, or treasury roles.
  • Proven knowledge of accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • In-depth understanding of digital payment processing and related policies.
  • Educational background: MBA Finance or BBA Finance preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in an early-stage company environment.
