Aceolution is seeking a skilled Art and Culture Coordinator/Program Manager with expertise in partner and project management.

This role is open to candidates based in India and can be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Content Coordination:
    • Acquire, curate, and publish ART & CULTURE Partner content on the Client Arts & Culture program.
  • Support ART & CULTURE Partners in managing their content on the platform.
  • Provide individual access to the Content Management System and ensure profiles are correctly set up for autonomous content management.
  • Answer questions, check on ART & CULTURE Partners, and guide them through the standard partner lifecycle.
ART & CULTURE Partner Lifecycle
  • Ingestion Phase (Item Management): Upload collections and related metadata following minimal requirements and standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Curation Phase (Exhibit Curation): Create online stories using editorial best practices and guidelines.
  • Publication Phase (Publishing Options): Present publication, embed, and content amplification options.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot errors or issues preventing ART & CULTURE Partners from using the platform.
  • Communicate progress and project status to the Supplier Point of Contact.
  • Optional: Work with Operations Teams to coordinate digitization of partner collections.
Partner Content Amplification
  • Support ART & CULTURE Partners in amplifying their content on the day of its publication and/or later occasions.
  • Conduct content audits, write content overviews, and create content-related documentation for editorial, marketing, press, or other purposes.
  • Support organization and logistics of physical events promoting ART & CULTURE Partners' Content.
Prospects Coordination
  • Grow the number of ART & CULTURE Partners and related content via new prospects.
  • Presentation of the Client Arts & Culture offer to interested prospects outlining terms, conditions, digitization tools, and content management system.
  • Execution of tasks related to Prospect Management service including incoming request handling, outreach, presentation materials usage, and coordination tracking.
