As a seasoned professional, you will spearhead enterprise-wide data-driven transformations by driving strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.

This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform), proven leadership skills to guide technical teams, design scalable architectures, and unlock customer insights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
  • Defining data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation of unified customer profiles
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions
  • Managing data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources

You will also be responsible for integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms. Additionally, you will provide guidance on AI/ML use cases, Data Cloud + Agentforce/Data Cloud + Einstein GPT integrations, and mentor and lead a team of Salesforce professionals.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP). Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design is essential. Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming is also required.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
