Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Datasphere Strategist to drive our enterprise data strategy and implementation on SAP Datasphere. This senior role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Datasphere implementation and integration with our enterprise systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a scalable data roadmap in collaboration with CXOs, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
  • Lead the migration strategy from SAP BW/4HANA and legacy warehouses to Datasphere.
  • Design and implement enterprise data models, semantic layers, and harmonized data views.
  • Define and enforce data governance, security, and compliance within Datasphere.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Integrate Datasphere with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP S/4HANA, and 3rd party sources (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Ensure performance optimization, best practices, and reusable frameworks for data pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in data warehousing, data integration, and analytics.
  • Minimum 8+ years hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere (or early adopters with strong BW/4HANA to Datasphere migration experience).
  • Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA modeling, SQL, and data architecture.
  • Proven experience in enterprise-scale data strategy and transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP services, APIs, and cloud integration.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BI reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
