Meta Ads Manager Job

We are seeking a Meta Ads Manager to join our team. As a Meta Ads Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing Meta ad campaigns with a focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
  • Independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
  • Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
  • Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.
  • Strong background managing international clients (experience with Australian market preferred).
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
