Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

A digital marketing professional is required to develop and execute targeted online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and audience segmentation to inform campaign targeting strategies.
- Create compelling ad copy and landing page content to drive user engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and manage campaign performance metrics, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
- Perform ongoing A/B testing to refine ad and landing page effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign efforts with business objectives.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and keyword research tools.
- Understanding of bidding strategies, including cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-action (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
