Role Overview

This full-time on-site position, based in Hyderabad, seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion of our Mutual fund & Alternates business.

As a Senior Sales Manager - Financial Investments, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and increase market share in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, expand our Investor base, and increase revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and develop their skills.
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimise sales processes and improve results.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organisational policies to minimise risk and maintain a strong reputation.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership.
  • Sales Management, Financial Investments, and Wealth Management skills.
  • Client relationship management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field Relevant certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus.
