Job Title: Workforce Ambassador

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Ambassador to join our team. As a strategic partner, you will foster a positive and productive work environment by carrying out various HR initiatives, providing excellent support to employees and managers, and driving HR programs and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach business units to drive strategic objectives and improve workforce performance
  • Manage performance management processes to ensure equitable treatment of employees
  • Conduct employee investigations and provide compensation support to resolve issues
  • Implement employee engagement strategies to boost productivity and morale

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong HR skills, experience in driving HR business partnerships, and prior knowledge of HR operational activities. A Master's degree in Human Resources or an advanced degree is preferred.
