Senior Verification Engineer

The primary focus of this role is to design and implement cutting-edge verification environments for Synopsys synthesizable cores. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

About the Role

This Senior Verification Engineer position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in System Verilog, industry-standard simulators, and waveform-based debugging tools. A deep understanding of verification methodologies, such as VMM, OVM, or UVM, and protocols like AMBA, SD/eMMC, MIPI-I3C/UFS/Unipro, Ethernet, DDR, PCIe, and USB, is also essential.

  • Create and implement state-of-the-art verification environments for Synopsys IP cores.
  • Collaborate closely with RTL designers and be part of a global team of expert verification engineers.
  • Work on next-generation protocols for commercial, enterprise, and automotive applications.
  • Develop and execute test plans, write test cases, and debug FC codes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • BSEE in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience or MSEE with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong HVL coding skills and hands-on experience with industry-standard simulators.
  • Familiarity with verification methodologies such as VMM, OVM, or UVM.
  • Knowledge of protocols like AMBA, SD/eMMC, MIPI-I3C/UFS/Unipro, Ethernet, DDR, PCIe, and USB.
