We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Placements team. This role will be based in our company headquarters.

This is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office, offering flexibility and collaboration opportunities.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Product Expertise:
  • In-depth understanding of our product offerings
  • Proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing
  • Familiarity with different insurers, their strengths, and weaknesses
  • Research Driven:
  • Able to mine data and identify business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis for large proposals to meet client needs while maintaining profitability
  • Preset quotes comparison reports along with valuable insights for clients in a timely manner
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies to ensure competitive quotes are received promptly
  • Regular visits to insurance companies to foster continuous engagement with stakeholders
  • Audit, MIS & Reporting:
  • Enter RFQs and proposal details into the database
  • Generate reports for analysis
  • Share status updates with the Head – QMS
  • Share information and documentation with auditors, as required, and resolve queries
  • Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background
  • Able to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients
  • Required domain knowledge
  • MBA from a reputable business school
