
Sales Business Development Professional

At our organization, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a sales business development professional, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, meeting potential clients, conducting property visits, and achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct site/property visits and explain project features, specifications, and benefits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and events.
- Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth documentation for sales closure.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 6 months – 3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales channels.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
