About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Senior Academic Manager to oversee academic operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality academic delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving operational challenges to provide an exceptional learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight
  • Ensure tasks assigned to coordinators and Relationship Managers are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor homework distribution to students and address gaps in the process.
  • Track tests conducted and update test sheets promptly and accurately.
  1. Data Management and Coordination
  • Maintain and update the academic student database.
  • Collaborate with accounts to complete trial sheets and send fee messages to new students.
  • Ensure a clear overview of students, teachers, and classes for seamless operations.
  1. Stakeholder Interaction
  • Address complex queries and resolve issues escalated by coordinators or RMs.
  • Communicate with teachers and parents regarding concerns or updates.
  1. Resource Management
  • Share resource materials with teachers and students.
  • Search for and procure books or materials aligning with student needs.
  1. Quality Assurance
  • Work with teachers to maintain high standards of academic delivery.
  • Monitor the overall academic experience for a productive and enjoyable learning journey.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in academic management or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective coordination.
  • A proactive problem solver.
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is a plus.
