Job Summary:




  • Manage all security operations for the IT/IS department.
  • Set and enforce compliance regulations and standards.
  • Develop information security policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement security technologies and oversee security awareness training.
  • Monitor and continuously assess risk to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our IT infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance and direction for all IT/IS staff, ensuring they adhere to our security policies and procedures.
  • Advise management on IT/IS costs and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Develop, implement, and adhere to a company code of conduct and a company code of ethics.
  • Approve all employee IT/IS access requests, ensuring secure access to sensitive systems and data.
  • Provide IT/IS departmental and project-specific oversight, ensuring timely completion and adherence to security standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential security threats, ensuring our organization remains secure and compliant.


Requirements:


  • Extensive experience in information security, including security risk management, incident response, and forensics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Experience with security technologies, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards.
