Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Business Manager to join our team. This role will involve driving sales growth and market share for pharmaceutical products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned territory-wise sales targets through effective field work and reporting of daily activities on our online system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales targets through effective field work and reporting of daily activities.
  2. Meet call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms for the assigned division.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists.

Requirements
  • BSc/B. Pharma degree required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Candidates with prior/current experience in same therapy will have added advantage.
  • Candidates from MNCs and top Indian pharma companies will also be preferred.
  • Fluent and confident communication skills are essential.
