About Public Relations Specialist Role

This position is a key role in our organization, responsible for shaping and executing PR strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning.

We're seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement effective PR campaigns, manage media outreach, and build strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and other key partners.
  • Prepare high-quality press releases, media kits, thought leadership articles, and crisis communication materials.
  • Secure strategic media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to amplify PR efforts and drive business results.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and share-of-voice metrics to inform PR strategies.
  • Manage events, conferences, and influencer/partner collaborations to support business growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on reputation management and storytelling.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of PR experience (agency background preferred).
  • Strong professional network, especially in business, lifestyle, and digital publications.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (press-ready copywriting ability is essential).
  • Experience managing PR for brands across various industries (tech, FMCG, education, lifestyle, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Crisis communication and stakeholder management expertise is highly valued.
